ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Greg Rautzhan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
The Agency has been in business over 30 yrs. We are very interested in raising up agent aspirants using our own experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty license ahead of first day of employment or actively licensed.
Compensación: $45,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
